How to organize work and build resilience - Module 3: Looking inwards
How do we react in seemingly adverse conditions? What do we think, say, or do? How do we perceive our colleagues? What is our inner dialogue? What would it take to change it? And what would happen if we did?
In this training module we will reflect and discuss in smaller groups to go deeper into finding personal attention points and individual strategies for tackling seemingly adverse working conditions.
This training is part of the 3-module course "How to organize work and build resilience". The course is organized as part of the Euresearch Adaptation Measures 2023. It aims to promote the well-being, resilience and work efficiency of Euresearch staff in times when they are exposed to frustration, uncertainties and instability caused by the current non-association of Switzerland to Horizon Europe and the challenges of post-pandemic teleworking, which can be challenging for mental health, in addition to the "normal" stress (hard deadlines, work peaks, time pressure, etc.).
