Destination Earth Use Cases Webinar - 13 Dec 2023
Destination Earth (DestinE) is a flagship initiative of the European Commission to develop a highly accurate digital model of the earth on a global scale. This model will monitor, simulate and predict the interaction between natural phenomena and human activities.
In this phase of Destination Earth, the 3 core components are being validated by dedicated use cases. In this webinar, scheduled for tomorrow 13 December 2023 12:00-13:00, you will meet the first 5 use cases procured to validate the Destination Earth Service Platform (DESP) being developed by ESA. The use cases will be applied across a wide range of application domains, including agriculture, natural resource management, fisheries, and the polar area. During this webinar you can hear directly from each use case about their methods and objectives.
