EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 call is now open
The EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 call is now open, with deadline on 28 October 2026.
The call supports early-stage, high-risk/high-gain scientific, technological and deep-tech R&D, with funding of up to €4 million per project. Applications may be submitted by single applicants or consortia. Consortia must include at least two independent legal entities from two different EU Member States or Associated Countries. Consortia of three or more partners must follow the standard Horizon Europe consortium rule.[
The 2026 Challenges are:
i) Advanced Materials for Miniaturised Energy Harvesting Systems
ii) Biotechnology for Healthy Ageing
iii) DeepRAP: Deep Reasoning, Abstraction & Planning towards Trustworthy Cognitive AI Systems
