Survey on a Blueprint for IP Licensing and Spinoff Creation

The European Commission has launched a consultation on a Blueprint for IP licensing and spinoff creation, which shall provide operational guidance to universities, public research organisations (PROs), and their knowledge transfer offices (KTOs) to successfully commercialise their R&I results.

Target audience: a broad range of experts working in technology transfer, knowledge valorisation, or innovation ecosystem building – both public and private sectors.
