Partners Sought for Artistic Intelligence for Human Capacities

Call: HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-HERITAGE-01
AI-enhanced artistic practice to strengthen soft skills, critical thinking and adaptive leadership across education, work and society.

Artistic Intelligence is a Horizon Europe project that combines arts-based learning and ethical Artificial Intelligence to address two major European challenges: the growing shortage of human-centred skills—such as creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and collaboration—and the declining quality of public engagement with cultural heritage. The project will develop and validate an innovative, evidence-based methodology that uses AI to transform artworks into interactive learning experiences for schools, workplaces, museums, and lifelong learning. By integrating personalised AI guidance with rigorous impact measurement, Artistic Intelligence aims to demonstrate how cultural heritage can become a scalable driver of human development, innovation, social inclusion, and lifelong learning.

Partners sought
- A European university specialising in pedagogy, digital education and AI will support research design, scalable learning models, school and enterprise pilots, educator engagement and dissemination, preferably from Northern or Central Europe.
- A second university will provide expertise in measuring creative learning outcomes through validated psychometric tools, longitudinal studies and competence-based assessment across education and organisations.
- Additional partners include museums or municipalities for testing, plus communication and dissemination organisations. Partners should demonstrate European collaboration experience, implementation capacity, strong stakeholder engagement, sustainable scaling, policy relevance.
