Please note that the current status of Switzerland as a “Third Country” in Horizon 2020 does not as such infringe on your ability to participate in any proposals to be submitted to these calls. As participants in Switzerland cannot receive any funding from the European Commission for the time being, the Federal Council has given the State Secretariat for Education Research and Innovation (SERI) the task of drawing up an interim solution for the direct financing of successful Swiss participations in Horizon 2020.
