Are you interested in setting up a research training network? The Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITNs support joint research training and/or doctoral programme implemented by European partnerships providing Early Stage Researchers (PhD Students) with training and experience inside and outside academia.

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks (ITNs) aim to train a new generation of creative, entrepreneurial and innovative Early-Stage Researchers by providing them with opportunities to undertake research in the context of a joint research training or doctoral programme across Europe and beyond. Funding is offered for institutions actively involved in research and training (e.g. universities, public or private non-commercial research centers, large enterprises, SMEs, non-profit or charitable organisations, etc.).

    More Information

The 2017 budget for MSCA ITN is € 430 million. The call will close on 10 January 2017. If you are interested in submitting a proposal please feel free to attend our Applicants Training

Regarding participation of Swiss institutions: We recommend to include Swiss participants as 'Beneficiaries' in the proposals for the time being. By the end of 2016, that is before the call deadline on 10 January 2017, we should know more about the association status of Switzerland to H2020. In case of association, the proposal can be submitted as it is. But in case of non-association the Swiss participant will either have to claim that their contribution is deemed to be essential or change the form of participation to 'Partner Organisation' and adapt the concerned parts before submitting the final version of the proposal.
