Following the ratification of the protocol extending the free movement of persons to Croatia on 16 December 2016, Switzerland now retrieves the full association to the entire Horizon 2020 programme from 01 January 2017 on.

Entangling the European Quantum Landscape

The European Commission (EC), supported by the Quantum Flagship High-Level expert group, is designing the framework for the next FET Flagship initiative on quantum technologies. An outline was presented at the Swiss Quantum Day on 4 May 2017 in Bern. The aim is to mobilise a pan-European effort centred around four goals: communication, computing, simulation and sensing/metrology.
