    Funding and Support for Research in the Social Sciences and the Humanities – Squaring the Circle?

    Beyond their intrinsic quality as fundamental sciences, the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) are of key importance for framing scientific and technological innovation and, more generally, for assuring inclusive, sustainable and ethic evolution of societies. At the same time, innovative scientific approaches and practices develop and new national, European and international research programme offer huge challenges.

    In this context, this SSH research day aims at

    • reflecting on « appropriate » support for SSH researchers,
    • respond to the researchers needs with useful information, advice and testimonies.

    The day’s programme includes 3 events :

    1. Round table panel

    2. Conference followed by apero/lunch

    3. Practical advice session
