    7th Framework Programme 2007-2013

    The objective of Health research under FP7 is to improve the health of European citizens and boost the competitiveness of health-related industries and businesses, as well as address global health issues.

    The 4 main activities in FP7 Health are:

    • Biotechnology, generic tools and medical technologies for human health
    • Translating research for human health
    • Optimising the delivery of health care to European citizens
    • Other actions across the Health theme

    The FP7 Health 2013 call for the above-mentioned activities is closed. Open calls in the field of Health research can be found via the Innovative Medicines Initiatives (IMI).
